Export for re-import, a spread view, and a preview link
Three additions to Forecast & report. Export for re-import downloads every repeating invoice template in the format Uplift's CSV import reads: a backup you can open in a spreadsheet, change in bulk, or use to move templates to another Xero organisation, where they come back as drafts starting from their next invoice date. The page lists what doesn't carry over (attachments, tracking, branding themes and send settings). A new “spread” view shares each invoice across the months it pays for, so an annual support contract shows as twelve monthly amounts instead of one spike: an estimate to plan with, not your accounts. And when a what-if looks right, “Preview this change” takes the percentage straight to the price-update screen, with the usual full preview before anything is written. Free.

Forecast & report: what your repeating invoices will bill
A new Forecast & report page shows what your repeating invoices will bill over the next 12, 24 or 36 months, month by month and excluding VAT. Group it by contact, naming pattern, account code, currency or template, and download any view as a CSV. It respects end dates, can leave draft templates out, and has a what-if box (say +5% from 15 October) so you can see the effect of a price rise before you run it. A naming check picks out renamed plans, spelling variants and the same item billed at different prices, and possible duplicate templates are flagged. It reads the same data Uplift already uses: nothing is stored and nothing in Xero changes. Free.

One question after imports, and a direct line
After an import finishes, the report now asks one question: did you have to set the contacts up in Xero yourself first? Xero won't let a repeating invoice create a contact, so the answers decide whether Uplift gets a helper that lists the missing names and produces a Xero-ready contact-import file. Pilot users also get a direct email address on the dashboard — quicker than the forum thread, and it keeps everyone else's inbox quiet.

CSV import of repeating invoices
Bulk-create repeating invoice templates from a spreadsheet export — one row per invoice line, rows sharing a contact and reference become one multi-line template. Full preview before anything is created; everything lands as a Draft so nothing bills until you approve it in Xero. One rule the Xero API imposes: the contact must already exist under the exact name in your CSV (repeating invoices can't create contacts). Suggested by a pilot user; live the same day.

Round to 50p, £5 and £10
Price changes can now round to the nearest 50p, £5 or £10 — up, down or nearest — alongside penny and £1. So "+3.6%, round up to the nearest £5" gives tidy price points in one pass. Suggested by a pilot user; live the next day.

Bulk price updates for Xero repeating invoices: pick templates, set a percentage or fixed change, preview every line before anything is written, apply with field-by-field verification, and undo any change with one click. Privacy policy and pilot terms published. Works on sales repeating invoices only — the Xero API can't recreate supplier-bill templates.
